Untill the fruit turns ripe they may be difficult to peel. Lots of sticking. a little brown/black on the peel is good. as you can see the dwarf orinoco produces fruits that are not nearly as large as tall orinoco. these fruits seem to have a cream/orange tinge..
i had to wait for the peels on a few of these to go from yellow to brown..i finished the last of these on thanksgiving.
