Yes, actually the rust was really bad this year. I am in search of a systemic to use before the plants leaf out again. I have about 8 plumerias right now. I got some cuttings locally and rooted them myself. I think maybe the cuttings might have been infected with it, but I didn't see too much rust the previous year. This year was bad and I'd like to try to get a handle on it... foliar sprays did nothing, probably needs a systemic... they are pricey to use.
