This banana plant was purchased less than 2 years ago from a local nursery in the Tampa Bay area. We've relocated it to its current position less than 1 year ago. Much to our surprise, we see that it is bearing fruit.

The brachs suggest it is a cavendish, which variety, more detail is needed.
