The hardening off process, the seedlings enjoy a week or two under shade cloth, gradually increasing sunlight exposure. They're at the "afternoon shade" point in the second week.

Biggest thing to remember is how much the seedlings flat out dislike being transplanted; the little critters can croak right after transplanting, even when there's no apparent disturbance of the roots, like they got "shocked" or otherwise developed a really bad attitude!
