Great job! Were your carambola seeds fresh and how long does it takes for them to sprout? How about guava? Are they easy to germinate if seeds are fresh?

Thanks for the kind words! The star fruit seed was fresh out of the fruit when I planted. It actually took quite a while to sprout, 2 months maybe. However, it sprouted very soon after moving my little plastic greenhouse to a west widow where the sun has kept it much warmer. And now lots of things are sprouting! I have always heard fresher is better, only a few seeds seem to need special care(fermenting, chill hours, etc). Guavas are easy too, just keep the soil very warm and moist!

I forgot to mention, none of these really come true to seed. They will all potentially fruit someday but people say it's a crapshoot on fruit quality for these varieties. I'm just sprouting and growing for fun!

You are very welcome. Some of your seedlings are from fruits I've never seen or even heard of. Then I look them up, and I still don't recognize Cherimoya and grumichama. But they are all interesting. As for the quality of the fruit, I've yet to find out myself how true that statement (come true to seed) is.
Congrats again on all your seedlings!

I love exotic fruits. I love trying new things, and trying to sprout the seeds! haha. I think it's amazing that there are, like you said, fruits which i've never heard of, let alone tasted.
You should look for an asian market near you, they usually have neat stuff! I just had a bunch of people over last weekend, and made them all try durian..hahaha if you aren't familiar with that one, google it, and look for videos of people tasting it hahaha. But then, when we were done with the fruit, i planted the seeds
