You are more than welcome. I was reading the Passion flower/fruit thread, trying to find a picture of a cut-open one of this particular passion fruit (?). I didn't find a photo.

Thanks, Tony. No hurry. I think this is an Frederick passion fruit. I just googled and saw the inside. It's orange. Why do you not harvest the fruits when they are more ripe (I'm guessing that's the reason you have to let it sit)?

They usually drop when ripe,but it's better to let them sit for a few days. When they start to wrinkle that's the best flavor
