i have a bunch of arugula ready to be cooked.sometimes i eat it the way most people eat mustard or collard..sometimes i mix it in a salad. its high in vitamin c and potassium. to find it here you may have to check gourmet vendors.. it can be expensive if you don't grow it yourself.

Do bugs eat arugula? Do you use any pesticide?

@sound of music. i havent noticed any bugs really bothering this one so much but they do tend to like other greens more probably because they are milder.
