this is Goldfinger i finally got it to root and now its starting to take off. im gonna see how it grows next to gran nain
i know the gran nain corms will survive here ive left it out several times both underground and exposed during the winter. i know the p stem cold limits on gran nain and dwarf cavendish..i want to compare the p stem survival and winter recovery rate on the two for my area to see if the differences are significant..
i will see if goldfinger is any more rot resistant in my area.i will take a few pups from gran nain and goldfinger and place them under other environmental stress situations,but cold weather is the main focus |
