Nice! how do you over winter it in the ground? and how long has it been in the ground?

I used to pile mulch, then tie up fronds and wrap with burlap, then place a plastic trash bag with vent holes over it. Didn't do any of this last winter, and every Trachycarpus fortunei came through fine!
This one is in year 2.
