Shower your plants with hard blasts of water starting when they're young Dean, and you'll never see aphids on your plants again.
The showers need to be consistent though...1-2 times per week. Concentrate especially on the undersides of the leaves.

Thanks Sherry! I gave them a dunk in some soapy H2O earlier. Been fighting w/ these two year old peppers for sometime now.
