I wish Pike Nursery here would carry Orchids so beautiful. I'd passed up the opportunity of buying an Orchid there simply because they only carry the dull-looking ones. Congrats again!

Why not get a 'dull' one, learn how to grow it until it has re-bloomed 2 or 3 times under YOUR care (buying an already blooming one does not count as one time for you ). Once you get the culture down pretty well, go on-line and see what is in your area. I'll bet there are more than you think nearby.
Phalaenopsis are pretty easy to start - they don't need too much light, and are less susceptable to killing by overwatering (the main cause of orchid death by beginners).
