I havae one like that but its not a lean to. You will need a heater on overnight.

We have a big box fan on a thermostat set to come on at 40°f; it draws warm air from under the house so we managed to avoid the need for a heater.
As a last resort another thermostatically controlled switch set for 34° open up a water misting hose. It came on only once in the past 3-4 years though, the fan works very well, as things rarely get below 40° in there.
