My ensete had burned leaves just like yours. Turned out it had aphids! Not sure if that caused the problem, but I had to cut all the leaves off anyway. Hopefully it comes back! Looks like you have a beautiful plant that should come back to normal and grow really nicely outside this summer!

Make sure it gets enough strong light, and good drainage from the pot.
