crasula argentea if I remember right, it's been awhile but I had some jades years ago that would bloom in the fall. although yours are a much larger type and boy are your flowers more plentyfull. Beautiful!
I was in L.A. a little while back and I saw 8 foot tall hedges that spaned blocks made of interlocking jade plants.

the neighborhood is full of flowering jade's. Most of these plants are well over 20 yr's old.
