independent not so scientific trials here in central georgia....kluai hom thong son thanks to auangkana this should be what im looking for.. MR. "takk" had the gluai khai (honest mistake) not exactly the same.. but i got k.h.t.s, or so i think (after so much trouble could be egg too)...i think the thai sellers are good people to deal with despite the minor language barrier problems. seriously i would rather deal with Thai sellers than most sellers in the united states because lots of people here tend to behave like delicate geniuses(huge egos and only superficial intelligence). ive waited 2 days for a seller in USA to answer my question with a sentence fragment.. most of the Thai i dealt with were not good English speakers, but were prompt in response and tried to answer my questions/concerns.
here is a pic of a big one.. i wrapped it up and i will see if this stem survives..the reason in doing this is because im curious to see how the winter will effect it. i also suspect it had a flower pushing up before the frost came(dont wanna bring in a fruiter and deal with it this winter,so this made a good candidate to experiment on... i want to find effective methods that work for me. i wish i had more big ones to experiment on.. i got an extra mature corm with buttons for insurance so its no big deal.
