orinoco bunch cut

Poster: ron_mcb (see this users gallery) here is the orinoco bunch that i recently harvested...if you do this with orinoco be ready to eat all of them or give them away.. They yellow quickly after harvest have virtually no shelf life afterwards..cut them individually after they plump a little.. They may split if they are allowed to yellow on the plant. look for stretch marks on the green fruit this is a clear sign that its time to remove it..if you dont you will have lots of splitting and cracking so cut it and wait for it to yellow.
