I live in zone 6 and would REALLY, REALLY love to have some of these. Could I plant them as a corm when the soils warms up, or would these need to be started inside and then transplanted outside?

These been very cold hardy for me in zone 9. They are the first thing to start turning green by spring. They do good in pots also. I got them from Brians Botanicals and I think he is in Kentucky. I think that if you pamper them and winterize they will be fine.
