Tell me your secret!!! I have had bulbs planted since March and they are not growing at all but have not rotted - too hot, wet? The ordinary garlic in the fridge sprouts regularly - so maybe it is the heat????

That would be my guess. I think most root veggies do better in cool weather. At least cooler than what you have. Just a guess.
