A Southwest (& fave) section of my back gardens! The fence is 7 feet & the arbor is much taller. Giant Sweet plantain in foreground, Zebrina & much taller Blue Javas to the back row.

Hey Eric,
Tomatoes like to have a broad root base about 2-3 feet radius from the stalk. Give them deep waterings every 3-4 days during the summer and of course cover the entire area with mulch.

Thanx Bob Smile !! Only took 3 years and Jeeps, it's worth it!!

Thanx Richard Smile !! I'll definitely follow your advice on that. Probably why they had such a hard time this summer cause I didn't mulch & didn't water enough.
