Package of banana plants from Scot (Chironex), sent on July 22, 2009 and finally arrived today at 1:00 PM. It was sent from Las Vegas, NV, through Salt Lake City, UT; Commerce City, CO; Salina, KS; Lenexa, KS; Little Rock, AK; Memphis, TN; then Doraville, GA where I pleaded with the alleged Customer Service people for over two hours for them to intercept and re-eroute it back to Seattle, WA. Two days later, they posted it to be departing from Hodgkins, IL on 07/30/09, and then being quiet for the next 5 days until delivered today.

Most of the bananas, the bigger ones, are probably OK. Outside of the fact that they're dehydrated and the leafed ones have gone yellow, there isn't really anything I can see until UPS comes and inspect it. That's probably another 2 or 3 days coming.

This is the second time that they've done this to me. The first time wasn't so bad because the items in the packages were non-perishable.

Thanks for looking.
