They are definitely edible - F. boliviana in particular is prized here for its fruits. Kind of like grapes, but tastier.

I do, did, when I had fuschias in SF. Not habitually, buy I did taste them on occasions. Very sweet.


I leave the flowers on until they drop off, berries develop and ripen into the color of cherries. Not many people at work knew they're edible. Smile
