Yep, seems healthy and I see that it's not wind damaged. Nice. If it fruits sometime with undamaged leaves, it will have more fruit with better quality.
Salty air. Now that's something. We have been having so called tropical weather in here, temps around 31°C and humidity way above 85%, in many forests almost 100%.
Cool. Nanas would love that.
