Hi Jazz,
this is not a Basjoo, but Variegated Musa Florida. I bought this one from Ebay. The leaves of a Basjoo are entirely green. I think the Basjoo will be easy to find in garden centers in Europe. In the Netherlands, where I live, they sell Basjoo, Dwarf cavendish and sometimes Accuminata Sumatrana (Zebrina).
