This RY culm is large enough for small pieces of furniture! RY is great but, at times, tough to find. Compared to other bamboos, new-shoot production is relatively low. Unlike other plants, bamboo does not experience progressive growth. The culm rises from the ground (leafless) to the height & width it will be. Leaf-&-branch are in sheaths to be, later, unfurled.
