Poster: Tog Tan (see this users gallery) The bulbs of this plant gets to about 2-2.5in and is extremely tasty. A cool tolerant grower and produces many bulbs in a short time. All you have to do is to boil it with its skin. When done, remove the skin and eat it with a dip of fine sugar or your fav syrup. It is eaten here only during the Mooncake Festival. Slurrp!

This plant has been utilized as a food source here. I think this is what is refered to by some as "malanga." It does taste very good!!
