What are you using for potting medium? Nice root growth and beautiful variegation. What does the mother plant look like?

Potting medium is standard Ericaceous compost with a little added Perlite. The mother plant is not looking too good at the moment. The inner stem had started to rot over the winter. So its been cut back down to live growth.
