Pisang Raja Udang - Green & Red varieties

Poster: Tog Tan (see this users gallery) The Pisang Raja Udang is similar to the Cuban Red. On the left is the fruits from the Green Mutation form and on the right is ripen fruits of the Red variety, It is extremely creamy to taste and not overly sweet. Bad thing is that the shelf life is very short upon ripening. Dessert type.
