Well, they are night hunters of small mammals, frogs, etc. So I would think that your compost will benefit from their droppings.

I'm surprised he let you photograph him... The little owls here are extremely camera shy...


Owl poops, or owl pellets? If they're greyish, they're pellets, which are technically Owl pukes.
