There are two types of Pisang Emas, namely Pisang Emas Nipis and Pisang Emas Tebal. The difference between these two is that one type produces bananas covered with thin skin while the other produces fruit covered with thick skin. Once it fruits, it will take exactly 40 days for the fruit to ripen fully on the tree.
