Uneven green coloration

These photos show the second leaf uncurling. It was more yellow than the first and in the closeup you can see that the green was not uniform. It is irregularly clustered along the small veins. The previous leaf was much more uniform, dark green when the leaf uncurled. I've only had the plant 1 month. It is still in the original potting soil.
I've seen this pattern in other plants and have been unable to pin down the cause or cure.
I understand the leaf base being yellow, it is just being exposed to light for the first time here.
Is this unevenness typical as chlorophyll is formed? Or is this an indication of some nutrient deficiency?

theres nothing wrng with it i mean unless the 1st leaf is still yellow then maybe but i get those leaves when they start growing very rapid and just unfurl and throw another leaf the same week it unfurled....so to me its probably rapid grwoth that its not getting green fast enough because its too busy growing fast :P but thats just me
