Yo mskitty38583,
You are most welcome to take my plts, the only problem is, I am in Malaysia! They are tissue cultured and I don't have any seeds to send to you, unless you want the wild banana seeds which are everywhere.

Yo moomooman,
The palm trees you saw in the pix are all old oil palms. My nursery is in the middle of an oil palm plantation complex. Itis great cos the oil palms keep the humidity very high. Thanks for your note.

Hi Jeff,
Man, you got keen eyes! The plts under the shade netting is the Aquilaria malaccensis, aka Agarwood saplings. Here we have about 300 plts of them for experimental planting. They yield an expensive resin when they mature and is much sought after by the Middle eastern culture. This is my main business in horticulture investment plants. Well, since I got into this site, I will be planting as many species and cultivars of 'nanas as I can find. Will keep you posted with pix. Thanks for your note. Tog

Looks like a nice slice of paradise you have going there.
Best of luck with the Agarwood!

Yo Jarred,
Thanks for uppin' the server. Shooting up so much better now. Thanks for your compliment too. Because of the influence of your banana.org, me and my partner have decided to turn our 3 acre into a project called Ladang Musaceae which will showcase every banana cultivar and species which is grow-able here. Ladang means Plantation in Malay. We want to open it as a non profit park to the general public and academics. I will be needing your help here soon. Tog

I will be getting a bunch if not most of the Thai varieties soon. Will keep you posted. According to my Thai friends, Kluay Khai is very good eating. Your plts in the gallery are very nice! Good job Capt'n Sir!
