Looks like a nutrient deficiency. The experts could probably tell you what it is, but my guess would be iron.

Hello Chironex!!!
I believe that it can be it, since when I received it, it was in an extremely small pot for it size, and the "bulb" was out of the land, when I transplanted it in the pot that you see in the photo, I saw that in the pot weren't almost land, probably this was the problem, I hope that it recovers soon in his new pot.
