I am trying to get a better idea of what this one is.
It has a more slender stalk and the fruits were not red they were more yellow. It grows 6 or 7 feet high and can be easily blown over because of the shallower root system.
The lady I got it from said it was Jamaican Red.
I have a Dwarf Red and that's not it.

I was going to say M.mannii until you gave the height. Nice plant, probably a Rhodoclamys(spelled wrong), an ornamental flowering type.

It has editable fruit.
The tree may be a little taller when it fruits.
