It is about 4 years old, outliving my other one by two years. It has proved to be quite hardy, taking lows of 19-20F several times. It is finally flowering now, and I'm about to upload more pics of it today...

Welcome Seagrapes. You have a beautiful Banana tree, and that Palm in the background is amazing! Did you plant that also? Just Beautiful! How old is it?

The palm (Washingtonia robusta) was planted in early 2001 as a 1 gallon sized plant. I planted it soon after I moved into the house. It has really grown fast!!
