Can someone tell me what is this fruit? It tastes like a really sweet mini orange.

If both the rind and the flesh of the fruit are very sweet, then I'd say it is a Mandarinquat (Mandarin x Kumquat). If the rind is sweet but the flesh is more like grapefruit taste, I'd guess it is an ordinary Kumquat.
