Poster: Eric (see this users gallery) A look at an east-side neighborhood. Some vehicles were crushed by falling trees & large limbs. My Robert Young & Red Margin bamboos survived a week of this with no apparent damage.

I remember those days back in Ohio...
We had 2 1/4 acres, rural, corner lot, wooded with a creek.
((Can you tell I LOVED that house??))(Do not miss the mortgage payment :D)
The weather was like that 30 plus days out of the winter 3 years ago.

When those winter storms hit...we lived in the Crystal Forest...was mesmerizing!
Snow, snowmobiles, sledding behind the truck, Hubby fabricated little battery-powered heaters for the hoppers of our paintguns...FUN!!!

BUT...that was BB(Before Bananas)... :D ~Cheryl

Thanx. It was a chilling experience I'll never forget (excuse the pun). My bamboo was about all that survived.
