Biggest thing to remember is how much the seedlings flat out dislike being transplanted; the little critters can croak right after transplanting, even when there's no apparent disturbance of the roots, like they got "shocked" or otherwise developed a really bad attitude!

They were in the water for 3 days and then at a constant temperature of 27°C (80 F) I use 20-liter tank and aquarium heater. Seeds were in zip lock bag.
Sprouted after 2 weeks.
