Hey Snookie, I can't quite tell from the picture because the leaves are too small to see clearly, but this is definitely not a pecan tree. Pecan trees have very large compound leaves that look a lot like a feather. There's a single leaf stalk with lots of little leaves coming off of it. This definitely looks like a tropical fruit of some kind--my guess would be a citrus or avocado tree. Hope this helps!
