Jimmy, I do believe it is a Rhapis. Whether it is a R.excelsia or R.multifida, hard to say. Main difference in the two, from my understanding is number of leaflets and multifida having 15+, and excelsia having fewer. Hard to say with the young ones, but either way, they are nice looking...
