Thanks. I got some lumber that day but the following day that had already pushed it into a pile. I was pretty disgusted but learned that some disgrunted tenant who had been evicted reported it as a safety hazzard to the county which, in turn, had secured it with fencing and required immediate action. Since the owner has some other more serious problems I guess he didn't have the time or inclination to repair it instead of demolish it.

Notice when new leaf comes out it is strongly winged at the petiole, then the wing comes off. This picture shows it a little.
