That's exactly what Gfinger is known for. Thick, very green, wide big leaves. Mine just threw the flwr all wrapped up in pole lima bean vines.

I live in Australia I bought the plant as a TC and have not heard they are sold incorrectly here. I'll take some pics and post in the I'd section to be sure. I have the bananas inside a cover to stop the local wildlife from eating them this might be preventing the blue color to show as it tinges everything green.
