no nursery plastic they use at nursery's, or sometimes called ground cover. Has a really high uv rating and last about 15-18 years I swear by it if you don't like pulling weeds |

The soil drains really well and I just re potted it about a week ago so I have been doing about every 2-3 days. That's not where it normally is though.I have both Of my bananas under 2 - 125 watt cfl grow lights. |
