I believe it's Passiflora Decaisneana but there are two other varieties it could be. I'll find out to after the visit from The Passiflora Guy

Beautiful plants. I'm envious of growth you all get with the tropical weather you get during the summer. In California, it's more slow and steady.

lol, thanks on all counts. Ordered 3 plants from lady on Ebay, and she sent me 4 and they were a lot bigger seedlings than I was expecting..no worries though on finding a place for all of them and gave one away to my son. That truck gets its fair share of work hauling land scape rock, dirt and big potted plants. Wouldn't know what to do without it.

Sometimes that's the easiest way to root cuttings. I have great success rooting pineapple cuttings in water and full sun except the last one. So I did the same thing you did and simply stick it in the ground. I don't see why it wouldn't root. Rating: 10.00
