That was what it looked like when I first got it. it has quite a few leaves on it . It is a fast growing plant for me and it doesn't get burnt as bad as my Variegated basjoo , Ae Ae and yellow forest bananas do either.

How did you get yours so small. Mine has only the same number of leaves but is much much taller!

no its not- I have 3 different variegated forms of dwarf namwahs including the 'Pearl'-all were imported directly from Thailand as I cant keep the TC ones alive-and this was found in a liner tray of TC dwarf cavendish and is a pure aureate, not an albo form.
