It's a plumeria. If you're not familar with them, the Hawaiians use the fragrant flowers to make leis. Easy to grow and bloom in a container.

It is grown from tubers and is hardy in the ground in my zone 9. It is more of a vine. Dies back in winter and comes back in the spring.

i have no clue. had a friend that paid hefty prices for these when she ordered them. she had about 50 types of daylilies on a 1/4 acre matte.

Seeds? I remember this having little lillies at the top that needed to be planted. They were like little plants on the top of a big plant.
