I have bought fron Key Largo also and everyone even though they were supposed to be different were all pink and white when they bloomed.

Dear Tog and Xavier,
Thanks for suggestions which I would follow soon. I don't know the variety of my banana plant. All I know is that it is grown in hilly areas, edible and seedless. It is very delicious, the taste is sweet and sour, and the "meat" is "tough", and NOT soft like those in the market. Best, TAM
