Yes, and also cut the lowest one (thick and dark) on the right. Train the younger (lighter and smoother) shoots to the trellis. You will want them to be trained horizontally, one shoot to the left and the other to the right. Your new shoot growth will emerge from these 2 canes.

I think this is mozaic virus. It looks identical to what I see in cannas. I hope not this would be the first case I have seen.
