Thanks! Yeah, can't wait to see how it does this year! If it grows large enough, I will consider protecting one or more pseudostems this next winter. It has gotten bigger every year.

I would be lucky to ever even see a bloom, much less taste the fruit. I am going to take a few of my bananas to my folks' house in Gainesville, FL, so I'll hopefully be able to see fruits then!

It grew well last year, but it gets progressively smaller each year and comes back in May. I would be surprised to see it emerge at all this year. I've already decided what's going in its place...a Monkey Puzzle tree!
