If it was green inside it wasn't ripe even if the color changed outside. Mine did the same thing. When they were really ripe the birds took 99% of them Wink

Are they African sulcata tortoises rv? They look very nice!!
I have two hermans tortoise, much younger and smaller then yours though.

I like live oak trees with the moss growing off of them. I planted a couple when I lived in florida. I used google maps to see how big they had grown years later. One was remaining. Maybe a hurricane got the others?

I planted that last fall. I read that you are suppose to take all the flowers off the first year so that the plant grows a strong root system. This way you get great blueberries the second year. The picture is deceptive though. It looks like a blueberry but it almost had no taste at all. It was like a bland gooseberry if you have ever had one of those. I don't know if its the variety,I think it was Berkley, age of the bush or the soil is not right. I am trying to google for the answer on blueberries that don't taste like blueberries.
