Sue - sorry to hear about your house! This was planted as a pup through the post mid-July last year. It started to flower(first fruit visible) in July this year and is still going! As this is the first flower I don't know how many I will end up with (supposedly fewer on a young plant) nor how they ripen nor what they will taste like. Going to be hard to count but there are quite a few!!! |

Those are one Huge bunch of bananas!! Had one untill my house burnt down but it was not yet old enough to fruit.. Hoping to get another.. How old is your plant? Do they always litterally have 1000 fingers? Would love to taste them!! Or for that matter any others that are home grown.. One day! Maybe!! Awesome bananas!! Sue |
